able to provide your preferred date and
time. Availability will be confirmed before
the booking is finalized.
We provide birthday experiences in our
available service areas. Enter your
location during booking and we'll let
you know whether the service is available
there.
Yes. Selected packages may offer additional
decorations, gifts, photography or other
extras. Available add-ons will be shown
during the booking process.
We recommend booking as early as possible,
especially for popular dates such as
weekends and holidays. This gives us the
best chance of arranging your preferred
package and mascot.
We'll review your booking details and
confirm the availability of the selected
date, time, location and experience.
Once everything is confirmed, you'll
receive your booking confirmation.
